To be referred to as jaded suggests that one who might have been a tireless defender of some particular passionate cause has become burnt out and has retreated to more conservative views or the staus quo. Given that I myself have refused all along to not participate in the staus quo much less any movements, nor jump on any joy rides - if anything, I'd refer to myself as a bit radioactive...
It occurs to me too I'd rather be a gemstone trapped in the earth's crust than trapped by homogenizing doctrine. Nobody's going to dig me up to sell me anyway... I'm too dispersed to even locate!
